Operations Analyst

System One is currently seeking an Operations Analyst for an industry-leading client in the Zelienople, PA area.
Responsibilities:
Using Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions software for manufacturing and wholesale to manage customer orders, supplier activities, and to run daily reports for inventory control.
Planning and executing procurement activities related to equipment and materials needed for video surveillance projects and installations.
Monitoring and documenting progress of video installation projects with respect to equipment requirements and deliverables.
Cooperating with purchasing to maintain inventory levels and to manage blanket orders and stocking arrangements with suppliers.
Learning and understanding the basic features of the components of Video's surveillance system to effectively execute materials planning and inventory control.
Coordinating with Video's production supervisor to ensure that components are produced to support inventory requirements for projects and that inventory levels are accurate for planning purposes.
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or similar field of study.
Skilled with Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Outlook, Excel, and OneNote.
Aptitude with written and verbal communication.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
