Position
Summary:
Works with employers and individuals with disabilities to implement individualized employment services.
Provides guidance and instruction to the client and employer as well as monitors progress to ensure a successful outcome.
This position works a full-time schedule of Monday - Friday 7:
30am to 4:
00pm.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma/G.
E.
D.
Ability to multi-task, work in a team environment, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills able to communicate information to a diverse audience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance and vehicle to travel independently between locations.
Preferred:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Vocational Rehabilitation or related Human Services field.
One year experience working with individuals with disabilities.
Previous Job Coaching experience and Certified Employment Support Professional (CESP), or Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE) Credentials or an equivalent workforce development certification.
