We supply top quality spices, seasonings, and custom blends to the meat industry, small and large grocers, retail chains, commercial deer processors, home processors, and home consumers.
The candidate we are looking for will be a conscientious and reliable individual to fill our Machine Operator position.
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating a vertical form fill & seal machine with vacuum loader.
Qualifications for Machine Operator:
Previous experience in production operations or other related field Dependability Ability to read and/or understand written and/or verbal policy, instruction and direction in English, required Basic mathematical aptitude Basic mechanical skills Physically must be able to lift at or above the waist at a maximum of 50 pounds Responsibilities of Machine Operator:
Operate a vertical form fill & seal machine Setup/teardown machine according to product type Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues Follow all GMP, HACCP, and all other safety procedures Working Environment:
Climate controlled manufacturing area Exposure to airborne food particles Position Type and Work Schedule:
Full time, non-exempt (hourly) Monday-Friday, 6:
30AM to 3:
00PM Occasional overtime opportunities
